Sponsor a Player’s Dream
Even though Ghana is one of Africa’s most talent-rich football nations, most players don’t make it abroad because of:
Financial Constraints
Trial Costs: Flights, accommodation, and living expenses during trials are expensive, and most families cannot afford them.
Agent/Academy Fees: Some intermediaries charge very high amounts, sometimes without delivering real opportunities.
Sponsorship Gaps: Unlike European or American prospects, Ghanaian players rarely have local sponsorships to subsidize trials.
Scouting & Exposure Limitations
Lack of Visibility: Many players train in local academies or community clubs that have little international exposure.
Few Formal Partnerships: Only a handful of Ghanaian academies have established pathways to Europe or the US.
Competition & Oversupply
Ghana produces thousands of talented players yearly, but only a tiny fraction can be absorbed by foreign clubs.
Clubs abroad prefer players with proven international youth team experience or those from trusted academies.
